The Colorado Apartment Association has joined forces with Tenant Technologies, Inc. (TenantTech) to offer CAA members the most powerful and easy-to-use online forms system available today. TenantTech is now the exclusive authorized distributor of CAA’s official leases and forms in electronic format.
PRICING AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
You pay a monthly subscription fee per unit, plus a one-time set up fee that never repeats. The per-unit fee varies based on the total number of units signed up by your management company at the time of registration. We do not charge per “clicks” or per usage. Print 100 forms a day or 1,000, and pay the same cost.
Consistent billing every 3 months makes it easier to establish budgets for the year because what you pay does not change. For example, a 100-unit property would pay $150 every 3 months. Cancel any time, there are no long-term commitments.
NOTE: Houses, duplexes, and other very small properties will be grouped together into a single “property” for pricing and use of our system. For example, if you managed 200 houses, those would count as a single property in the pricing, and you would see them grouped together in the program.
