The Annual Trade Show and Education Conference is the largest multifamily housing trade show in Southern Colorado. It is a one-day show bringing our industry together.

"As an independent rental owner, I began owning and self-managing my small portfolio after a 30 year career in corporate America. While Property Management might seem simple and straightforward on the surface, there’s so much more than meets the eye! I was lucky enough to spot a course called “Intro to Property Management” where I learned, more than anything else, that I didn’t even know what I needed to know. The course was one of the many offered by the Apartment Association of Southern Colorado so one of my better early decisions was to join the association.
