Ronda Puryer, Chair of the NAA Board of Directors will be installing our 2023-2024 AASC Board of Directors!

Ronda Puryear, CAM, CPM, has assumed her position as the 2023 National Apartment Association (NAA) Chair. She is the fourth woman to hold this position in NAA's Board of Directors and was formally installed at the annual Assembly of Delegates in Norfolk, VA in November 2022. With over three decades of experience in property management, marketing, and development, Puryear serves as the President of Residential Management for Management Services Corporation, where she oversees multifamily operations in the company's portfolio. She has been an active member of NAA for over a decade and has served as a Regional Vice President, Chair of both the Student Housing and Apartmentalize Committees, and the 2020 President of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI). Additionally, Puryear served as the Chair of the Virginia Apartment Management Association and is a member of the Manufactured Housing Enterprises and Blue Ridge Apartment Association Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Virginia Tech Property Management Advisory Board. Puryear is committed to mentoring the industry's next generation of leaders and is poised to lead the industry towards meaningful progress during this important time.
