Attendees will learn how to avoid discriminatory practices by studying real-life situations that affect members of protected classes. Key subjects include the history of fair housing, developing appropriate policies, responding to accommodation requests, advertising, and the consequences of violating fair housing laws.
After the class (beginning at Noon), Firm Partner, Mark Tschetter will provide a luncheon-style update covering subjects like the state of the Rental Housing Industry and expectations from the new Colorado Legislature.
