If you are involved in processing evictions, this is a must-attend webinar. A key issue is the production of documents. Specifically, tenants are now allowed to request “relevant” documents from landlords in eviction proceedings. We will discuss this issue, including the systems we have developed to assist our clients with this requirement and what will be required from clients.
