In 2021, the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) credential is changing its name to the Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) credential.
Enhance your professional growth in the apartment industry by becoming a Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) and take your career to the next level. CALP training helps you lease apartments, satisfy your residents and increase your resident retention.
Leasing professionals are the first people prospective residents meet, and often their only gauge of the property staff. This course is designed to teach these professionals skills to help them become top producers.
requirements -
To obtain the CALP credential, candidates must complete the following:
- Minimum of six months of on-site property experience in leasing role (This can be obtained while taking the course)
- Successful completion of all seven (7) CALP courses.
- Pass the examination within six (6) months of declaring candidacy.
Credential Pricing -
- $425 - Member Registration
- Includes E-Book for all CALP Modules and the online exam.
- If attendee wants the printed version of the e-book, they can purchase it for an additional $35 + S&H.
