Occasionally, a situation can be so out of the norm that it is hard to understand if anyone’s expectations are within reason or has there been a complete lapse in understanding what we can control within the four walls of the leasing office. This class will provide a walk-through of how to best handle difficult situations and difficult people with the overall goal being satisfaction for all parties involved. This class with be centered around both customer service and how to manage expectations.

We live in a fast-paced ever-changing world. We are being asked to do more with less and in less time than ever before. It is a workplace imperative that we become efficient and effective in all our tasks. However, we do not need another way to create a to-do list. We need instead to focus on improving prioritization and eliminating distractions in our daily work. In this workshop, we will discuss the importance of focusing on the tasks that truly matter, the importance of delegation, and how to prioritize our tasks. It is time we stop feeling overwhelmed and start feeling in control of our calendar.
10:15AM - 11:15AM

You used to love this job. Now you dread every Monday, count down the days 'til Friday, and then go to happy hour to complain about work. What happened? We all experience those “first day at a new job” feelings: excitement, energy, happiness. Then we start to see the cracks and over the years, we forget why we took that job in the first place. It is time to reignite the spark. Happier employees take fewer sick days, outperform the competition, and demonstrate increased productivity.
Speaker: Rebecca Resendes, Signal 88 Security
Learn to de-escalate with this hands-on, scenario-based training session. You'll learn tips, tricks & techniques on how to handle some of the toughest situations. Communication and how to respond is the key to success in any circumstance!
