Apartment Association of Southern Colorado (AASC) Benefits:

As an AASC member, you gain access to exclusive events like "Meet the Managements," professional networking opportunities, advocacy, and educational resources designed to help you grow within the industry. Access to CAA and NAA's benefits. 

Colorado Apartment Association (CAA):

Your AASC membership extends to the CAA, providing you with local advocacy, informative classes such as "Coffee with the Lawyers," free leases if you manage 50 or fewer units, and regular legislative session updates. www.caahq.org

Logging in:

Click "Login" on the CAA website and enter your username and password. For assistance, use the help bubble at the bottom-right corner of their website.

To set up your CAA account:

1. Visit the CAA website and click "Join."
2. Select "Create an Account."
3. Enter your AASC-related information.
4. Click "Save and Continue."
5. Use "Link Business Account" to connect your AASC and CAA profiles.

National Apartment Association (NAA):

As an NAA member, you gain access to national-level benefits, including advocacy, education, training, networking, industry research, service discounts, marketing resources, legal guidance, and exclusive member content. www.naahq.org

Logging into NAA:

1. Go to any NAA page and click "My Account."
2. Enter your email and password at my.naahq.org.
3. If you need help, use "Forgot My Password" or "Find My Account" to recover login details.

Creating an NAA Account:

1. Visit naahq.org and select "My Account," then "Create an Account."
2. Complete the form with your contact details.

To add an affiliation:

1. Navigate to "My Affiliations" at my.naahq.org.
2. Search for or create your company.
