GOLF TOURNAMENT SPONSOR INFORMATION

GOLF SPONSORS INFORMATION/TIP SHEETS:
Please look over the below information as well as the 2022 Sponsor Information Booklet to make sure you understand the responsibilities of your sponsorship. Listed on page 4 of the booklet, are the details on what each sponsor is provided at the golf tournament, such as signage, # of lunch tickets, etc.
HOLE SPONSORS AND CONTEST SPONSORS:
It is to your advantage to have 1 to 2 people at your hole. This is a great way to network with potential clients and make an impression. If you are a contest sponsor, you will need to provide someone to monitor the contest on your hole. If you choose to bring refreshments, such as small packs of candies, granola bars, chips, cookies ...they must be a size that cannot be purchased at the golf course. Cheyenne Shadows offers refreshments on their drink carts and will not allow the same products to be given away by sponsors. So if you choose to giveaway a refreshment please use a “non-purchase” size —such as “bite-size”. Cheyenne Shadows will not allow any alcohol to be served by anyone except their staff on designated holes only (liquor license requirements). If you are a designated hole you will receive an e-mail with your specific requirements regarding alcohol. The golf pro must approve any exceptions to the liquor or snacks at Cheyenne Shadows Golf Club.
As Hole Sponsors, please note we do provide you with a sign at your hole. Anything else you would like at your assigned hole is up to you to bring. Most companies will bring a banner or pop-up tent for their station. Please note we do not provide tables and/or chairs for your hole.
Please plan to be at the golf course by 6:15 a.m. and no later than 6:45 a.m., especially if you have a lot to take out to your location. We will have only 3 carts available to take everyone to the 18 different locations. If you could please pack compact and be as prompt as possible, we will appreciate all the help we can get!
At the end of the tournament, please remember to bring your “hole” sign back when you go to lunch, we will be collecting them.
